Workers Compensation

Dr. Sachar can assist with Worker’s Compensation cases. If you have a work-related injury and are seeking orthopedic care for a hand, wrist, or elbow injury, please contact 970-476-1100 to schedule an appointment. Please note, we will as for claim information including: Claim/Case Number, Worker’s Comp Insurance Carrier, Employer Information, and contact information for your Case Manager. If you are unsure where to obtain this information, you may reach out to your employer/HR Department that manages your Worker’s Compensation claims to further assist.

Independent Medical Examinations

Dr. Sachar is a Level 2 accredited medical examiner. Dr. Sachar may perform independent medical exams upon request. Please email your request to teamsachar@thesteadmanclinic.com with your requested documentation to setup an independent medical exam. Please note, Dr. Sachar’s CV is available here. Billing Information

Payment is required at time of service unless we are contracted with your insurance carrier. You may be responsible for copays, or other related charges to meet your deductible and out of pocket maximums on your policy.
